A libudev compatible interface for BSD systems,
based on the libudev-devd project for FreeBSD.
Includes changes from libudev-openbsd to support
OpenBSD, and incorporates patches from DPorts
for DragonFly support. NetBSD support is provided
via drvctl(4), using ndevd.
