Daily release snapshots for DragonFly NOTE THAT DRAGONFLY IS NOW A 64-BIT ONLY DISTRIBUTION, ONLY THE 64-BIT SNAPSHOTS ARE BEING BUILT. Typical rsync: rsync -aHS avalon.dragonflybsd.org::snapshots/ /snapshots/ You'll find here the last successfull release builds. Please note that the entire archive is several hundred gigabytes so we do not recommend rsyncing it unless you really want to. avalon is the master site. $arch/images/ Live filesystem images *.img.bz2 Compressed USB stick image *.iso.bz2 Compressed CDROM ISO image *.iso.gz (old) $arch/kernels/ Kernel images (the same as found on the ISO) *.boot.tar.bz2 Compressed archive of debug kernel (entire /boot) *.kern.tar.bz2 (old - kernel & modules only) Files are generally in these forms (examples): DragonFly-x86_64-20100322-DEV-v2.5.1.1024.g57563.iso.bz2 DragonFly-x86_64-20100322-DEV-v2.5.1.1024.g57563.img.bz2 DragonFly-x86_64-20100322-DEV-v2.5.1.1024.g57563.boot.tar.bz2 DEV means development, REL means release. DEV snapshots are rolled automatically on a daily basis while REL snapshots are rolled manually. Older versions of these files may have lots of x's for portions of the filename that are not known (e.g. prior to our use of git). Look at the date stamps for approximate build times. Note that uploads of the x86_64 snapshots onto avalon may be delayed up to 2 hours. The snapshots are managed by several people, you can post questions to kernel@dragonflybsd.org or visit our irc channel #dragonflybsd on EFNET.
