Null Object pattern for files

This library will create an empty file of a type requested. If possible,
that file will be the smallest valid file for that type. For example, an
empty jpg will be a 1x1 pixel jpg.

Binary packages can be installed with the high-level tool pkgin (which can be installed with pkg_add) or pkg_add(1) (installed by default). The NetBSD packages collection is also designed to permit easy installation from source.
