Jpeg-ls codec library 

CharLS is a C++ implementation of the JPEG-LS standard for lossless and
near-lossless image compression and decompression.
JPEG-LS is a low-complexity image compression standard that matches
JPEG 2000 compression ratios.

Binary packages can be installed with the high-level tool pkgin (which can be installed with pkg_add) or pkg_add(1) (installed by default). The NetBSD packages collection is also designed to permit easy installation from source.
