x11/xnotify - The NetBSD Packages Collection

Read notifications from stdin and display them on the screen

XNotify displays a notification on the screen. XNotify receives a
notification specification in stdin and shows a notification for the
user on the screen.

Binary packages can be installed with the high-level tool pkgin (which can be installed with pkg_add) or pkg_add(1) (installed by default). The NetBSD packages collection is also designed to permit easy installation from source.
