V4L patch for SKNet Monster TV (saa713x TYPE) and ivtv
                                     Patch Level 3beta1.

*What are them?
 They are patches for linux-vanilla(a.k.a. Linus Version) flavor.
 These patches have two effects:
  1. Able to use SKNet Monster TV1/2/3 and V series (but,Not
     usable tuner on V Series,Yet...)
  2. Able to use ivtv-driver SVN head.

*Compilation
 0. First step - Building Patched Kernel:
 1. Applying linux-(Version).monstertv.3bfo.patch.gz to
    Vanilla flavor kernel source.
 2. Configureing Kernel,with selecting "m" to
     drivers->media->video->XCEIVE XC3028.
 3. Building kernel,install...
 4. Drink coffee,or Mugicha, and wait :)
 5.If you success to build kernel, try reboot:-)
 6.If you succedded,you can into second step.
 7.Second Step -  Build patched IVTV Driver.
   You should get ivtv SVN HEAD with svn,
   i.e:) $ svn co http://ivtvdriver.org/svn/ivtv/trunk
 8.If you success,you should backup ivtv SVN head source
   safety.
 9.Apply ivtv.(VERSION).(SVN Releace ).3bfoo.patch.gz to
   SVN head what you downloaded on 7.
 10.Build ivtv driver,and install:-)

 I Tested Linux 2.6.21-rc3 (or later) with x86_64 Kernel
on ASUS A8V + Athlon 64 x2 3800+ + 1.5GB DDR1 Memory,
ivtv SVN 0.11 r3904 and "Kurotosikou CX23416-STVLP-GYC" MPEG board.
